On the gondola when it opened at 8.30 - early ski with John before meeting everyone else at 9.30.
Pretty ugly but it was to get a lot worse - the snow was so heavy and the wind so strong I have had a free micro dermabrasion treatment (not my first on these holidays) - met up with John and Susie (central coast) at 1.30 and decided we would call it a day so one by one we manouvred our turns through sludgey snow, icey snow and sticky snow - plus i had a fall, my second of the day -the first was through the mogels!
We headed to the GLC bar had some lunch and all was well again!!!
Hot tub, bit if washing done then i headed off to boost the Whistler economy. Mick and Suzies' last night so off to dinner at the Dublin Gate (shepherds pie to die for)
We will watch the fire and ice show when the sun goes down and then have an early night.
Fingers crossed that the mountain will be kinder tomorrow
